These terms apply to consultations, appointments, and treatment packages booked with Paramedical Tattooing by Deborah, a sole proprietorship operating in Safety Harbor, Florida. By booking a consultation or appointment, you agree to the terms below.
Consultation & Eligibility
All new clients begin with a free consultation. During this consultation, I will review your health history together with you to confirm whether treatment is appropriate. Certain conditions may delay or prevent treatment, including fresh or unhealed scars, pregnancy, and blood thinning medication, among others. As a general guideline, treatment areas should be fully healed for at least 12 months before starting. I reserve the right to decline or postpone treatment if it is not medically appropriate at the time of your appointment.
Booking & Payment
Appointments are scheduled following your consultation. Pricing depends on the treatment, size, and complexity of the area, as outlined on my Price List; your exact quote will be confirmed during your consultation.
Packages and individual sessions are non-refundable once booked and purchased.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, and no-shows, will be charged the full price of the scheduled session.
I understand that circumstances change. If you need to reschedule, please reach out as early as possible via the details on my Contact page so I can find a new time that works for you.
Results & Expectations
Paramedical tattooing produces natural-looking, long lasting results, but individual outcomes vary based on skin type, the area treated, and how well aftercare instructions are followed. Results are not guaranteed, and touch-up sessions may be recommended. This service is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.

I may update these terms from time to time as my services evolve. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
